Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
All wigs will be thoroughly inspected and photographed for any existing damage prior to the commencement of services. In the event that we are unable to proceed with the service due to pre-existing damage, any fees paid will be refunded.
Upon receiving your wig, you will be notified via email to confirm its arrival. Please note that we empty the dropbox at 7 PM, and processing will begin at that time. We kindly ask that you refrain from depositing your wig in the dropbox after 7 PM, as we cannot accept responsibility for any items left after this hour. However, if you choose to drop off your wig after 7 PM, that will be at your own discretion, and we will proceed with processing the following day.

Our standard turnaround time for wig services is typically 3 business days. To assist you with planning, we’ve provided a convenient scheduling chart for when to drop off your unit, ensuring a smooth and timely process. While we strive to complete all services as efficiently as possible and may occasionally finish earlier than expected, please note that this is not always guaranteed. We recommend allowing a full 3-day window before you require your wig, as this ensures we can deliver the highest quality service without compromise.
