What are your Hours of Operation?

Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
 
All wigs will be thoroughly inspected and photographed for any existing damage prior to the commencement of services. In the event that we are unable to proceed with the service due to pre-existing damage, any fees paid will be refunded.

Do you allow pick-ups outside of scheduled times?

What products do you use when washing & styling?

We use premium salon-quality shampoos, conditioners, and oils tailored to meet the specific needs of your wig, ensuring the best care and longevity for your investment.

What days & times do you accept drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

We gladly accept drop-offs Monday through Saturday during our business hours. For your convenience, a drop-off box is available outside of our location. Should you prefer to drop off after hours, you may do so at your discretion, and your items will be collected the following morning.

When does my wig begin to be processed?

Upon receiving your wig, you will be notified via email to confirm its arrival. Please note that we empty the dropbox at 7 PM, and processing will begin at that time. We kindly ask that you refrain from depositing your wig in the dropbox after 7 PM, as we cannot accept responsibility for any items left after this hour. However, if you choose to drop off your wig after 7 PM, that will be at your own discretion, and we will proceed with processing the following day.
 
Before any services are performed, all wigs will be inspected and photographed for any pre-existing damage. In the event that we are unable to proceed with the service due to the condition of the wig, any fees paid will be fully refunded.

When I can expect my wig to be completed?

Our standard turnaround time for wig services is typically 3 business days. To assist you with planning, we’ve provided a convenient scheduling chart for when to drop off your unit, ensuring a smooth and timely process. While we strive to complete all services as efficiently as possible and may occasionally finish earlier than expected, please note that this is not always guaranteed. We recommend allowing a full 3-day window before you require your wig, as this ensures we can deliver the highest quality service without compromise.

Question 9

When and where do I pick up my completed wig?

Accepted Answer

You will pick up your wig at the same location as the drop box. We will send you an email containing your pickup date.
